Thomasina Capria Parmenter was born on May 26,1988 at Hahnemann university in the evening. She was the second daughter born to Ethel "Donna" Parmenter. Thomasina was a good student who graduated from west philadelphia high school and was attending school to receive her lpn certification at the time of her passing.

Thomasina loved to dance. For her 36th birthday all she asked was to go out, dance and spend time with her family. She was a bubbly, enthusiastic, caring, and loving woman, daughter, sister, mother, colleague, friend and caregiver.

Thomasina passed in the early morning of January 15, 2025 after a short battle with breast cancer. She is survived by her mother, Ethel "Donna" Parmenter, sisters, Toshiko, Charlene, Jasmine, nakisha, Zakia, Christina, her brother James Jr, her sons, Galloway and Zachariah, a plethora of uncles, aunts, cousins, family, friends, coworkers and employers. Thomasina was a beloved caregiver and friend to many.
